How we think about it

Software is only good if it survives a Monday

Anything looks fine in a demo. The test is whether it holds up when five staff are using it at once, the network is slow, and somebody uploads a file nobody planned for.

So we build for the ordinary day rather than the launch day: sensible loading times on mobile data, forms that tell you what went wrong, error handling that doesn't lose your customer's order, and backups you can actually restore from.

    A site whose job is to bring in enquiries. Mobile-first, fast on Nigerian networks, written to be found on search, and built on a page editor your own staff can update without calling us. Includes contact forms that reach a real inbox, WhatsApp handoff, and analytics so you can see what's working.

    Maintenance: what happens for the next three years

    A launch is not the end of a project, it's the start of running one. Libraries go out of date, certificates expire, storage fills up, traffic grows, and somebody eventually needs a password reset at an inconvenient hour.

    Monitoring that pages a human

    Uptime, error rates and response times watched continuously. We usually know something is wrong before your customers do, and you get told what happened rather than left to notice a quiet outage.

    Security patching on a schedule

    Most breaches use a known hole in an old library that nobody updated. Dependencies are monitored against published vulnerabilities and patched on a cycle — not the week after something goes wrong.

    Backups that get restored

    Daily, encrypted before they leave the server, stored off-site. A backup nobody has restored is a rumour, so we run a real restore on a schedule and give you the retention period and recovery time in writing.

    Performance as you grow

    Queries that were fine with 500 records are not fine with 500,000. We watch for it, add the indexes, tune the caching and resize the hosting before slowness turns into lost customers.

    Changes and small features

    Businesses change. A maintenance arrangement includes a monthly allowance of development time for the adjustments that come up, so small requests do not need a new contract each time.

    Inherited systems welcome

    We take on software other people built and abandoned. First we audit it and tell you honestly what state it is in — including if the right advice is to rebuild rather than keep patching.

  • Or take it in-house

    If you would rather run it yourself, we will train your team and hand over the documentation instead. Both are fine. Being stuck with us because nobody else can read the code is not — every account, credential and repository is in your name from day one.
